Invoice: How to fill in the details to receive an invoice in the name of: Before the call or during the 24 hours following the call, in the profile area, in the “Edit profile” menu, in the Tax Information section, you must indicate whether you want the invoice in the name of an individual or company, and their corresponding billing details.
Cancellation policy: If you cancel more than 24 hours before the start of the video call, we will release the entire balance blocked on your card, without penalty. Otherwise, you will lose the amount of the service.

Terms and Conditions for User-Clients

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms and Conditions”) regulate access to and use of the “IAH Wellness videocalls” platform (hereinafter, the “Platform”) by users interested in contracting services through it (“User-Customers”).

By registering and using the Platform, you accept these Terms and Conditions and declare:

That you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions.
That you assume all the obligations set forth herein.
That you are of legal age and have sufficient legal capacity to contract the services offered through the Platform.

Service Owner

The Platform is owned by I am Health Spain S.L. (“IAH Wellness”), with Tax ID No. B67661660 and with registered offices at Calle Juan de Padilla 3, 3, 29008 Málaga, Spain.

How the Platform works

The Platform allows Client Users to:

Access the services offered by IAH Wellness
Contract services freely and directly.
Use communication tools such as video calls and chat provided by the Platform.

IAH Wellness facilitates the management of the contracted services, including the processing of payments and the generation of invoices, but is not responsible for the result of the services provided by the User Owners.

Registration on the Platform

To use the Platform it is necessary to register, providing truthful and up-to-date information. By registering, you agree to your data being processed in accordance with data protection regulations and our Privacy Policy.

Price and Payment Method

The price of the services will be that indicated on the Platform at the time of contracting.
Payment will be made through the payment gateway managed by Stripe.

Cancellations and Refunds

If a Client User cancels a reserved service less than 24 hours in advance, they will lose the amount corresponding to the minimum duration of the call.

If a Client User cancels more than 24 hours in advance, they will receive a full refund.

Use of the Platform

The Client User agrees to use the Platform in accordance with the law and these Terms and Conditions. The following are prohibited:

Using false data or impersonating others.
Attempting to extract information from the Platform using automated techniques (web scraping, etc.).

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the suspension or deletion of the Client User’s account.

Disclaimer

IAH Wellness is not responsible for:

The quality or outcome of the services contracted by Client Users.
The opinions expressed by other client users.
Faults in the Platform.
Disagreement with prices due to changes in currency exchange rates.

Intellectual Property

The contents and tools of the Platform are the property of IAH Wellness or of third parties that have licensed their use. The Client User does not acquire any rights over them except for their personal use in contracting services.

Reviews of the Services

User Clients may rate the services received. IAH Wellness is not responsible for the veracity or accuracy of such reviews.

Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

IAH Wellness reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. User Clients will be notified of any changes and continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of such changes.
